Jonathan leads Hanhan Commercial Group, a fully integrated team working under Compass that brokers commercial property sales and leases across the Bay Area. The team focuses on retail, office, and industrial properties, representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. Working all sides of a transaction gives unique value to their clients, providing comprehensive and holistic advisory services by seeing all angles of the decision-making process, both in the short and long term.

Jonathan began his real estate career in 2003 and found his home in commercial real estate brokerage by 2006. He credits his growth to the guidance of ethical mentors, a hunger for knowledge, and a genuine passion for taking care of clients - values that have shaped how he works & leads to this day.
